The clinic · Our core

Everything happens on
one floor in Miami.

The clinic is the product. Everything else RETO makes exists to extend the hours you spend on this floor. In a single session of ninety minutes, your blood chemistry, your VO₂ ceiling, your bone density and your metabolic health are measured and read with you by a team of experts in medicine, psychology, training and nutrition, working as one. You leave with a depth of data about your own body that very few people have ever seen.

The method

Three steps.

The clinic runs on one loop: measure everything, treat only what the numbers flag, then measure again. Here is exactly how a RETO protocol is built, from your first blood draw to the retest that proves it moved.

LAB DRAW · 100+ BIOMARKER PANEL
01

Evaluate

First, we listen. Your protocol begins with an unhurried thirty-minute consultation with a specialist. Then we map the data: the RETO Full Cellular Assessment, a ninety-minute session, reads 100+ biomarkers, body composition and metabolic fitness against the ranges that are optimal for you, not the population average.

  • 100+ biomarker blood panel

Inflammation & immune signaling2 +5 soon

Chronic, low-grade inflammation quietly drives aging, heart disease and metabolic decline. CRP and the cytokine panel put a number on that fire so it can be cooled before it does structural damage.

How readily your blood clots: the balance between bleeding and thrombosis. Baseline clotting times matter before any therapy and flag risk that a lipid panel can't see.

Hormones: sex, adrenal & growth15 +7 soon

Hormones set the tempo for energy, muscle, libido, mood and sleep. Reading the full axis of sex, adrenal and growth hormones together is what separates targeted optimization from guesswork.

Thyroid5 +2 soon

The thyroid governs metabolic rate, temperature and energy. Reading the free hormones and antibodies, not just TSH, catches early autoimmune thyroid disease that a single screening number misses.

Vitamins, minerals & micronutrients7 +11 soon

The raw materials every system runs on. A single deficiency in vitamin D, B12, iron or magnesium can quietly cap energy, mood, immunity and recovery until it is found and corrected.

Mitochondrial & oxidative stress9 soon

The balance between energy production and cellular rust. Glutathione status and oxidative-damage markers estimate how hard your cells are working to defend themselves, an early signal of aging at the source.

Longevity & biological aging4 soon

Chronological age is a poor predictor; biological age is not. Epigenetic clocks and longevity proteins like Klotho and GDF-15 estimate how fast you are actually aging, and which levers move it.

Genetics5 soon

The fixed variants that shape how you respond to nutrients, drugs and disease risk. APOE, MTHFR and COMT let a protocol account for your genotype instead of treating everyone the same.

Gut & digestive health2 +3 soon

The gut barrier and its enzymes shape immunity, inflammation and how well you absorb everything you eat. Markers of leak, inflammation and pancreatic output turn vague 'gut issues' into something measurable.

Infectious disease5 +1 soon

A baseline for the chronic infections that quietly shape long-term health and that we rule in or out before any regenerative or hormonal therapy: HIV, hepatitis B and C, and CMV.

Heavy metals & toxins3

Cumulative exposure you cannot feel. Arsenic, mercury and lead build up silently and blunt energy, cognition and recovery. They are worth measuring precisely because the symptoms are so easy to miss.

Markers in this panel

Tumor markers & sex-specific screening5

Early-detection screening tuned to your biology: PSA for men, CA-125 for women, plus general tumor markers. Not diagnostic on their own, but a trend line that can surface a problem years early.

Blood typing1

Your ABO/Rh type: recorded once, relevant for life. It underpins transfusion safety and is part of a complete baseline record.

Beyond blood

Two things a blood test can't see

Body composition and aerobic capacity are measured directly, with the same gold-standard instruments used in sports medicine and research.

Body composition

DEXA scan

The clinical gold standard for body composition. A two-minute, low-dose scan breaks your body into fat, lean muscle and bone by region rather than a single number on the scale, and flags visceral fat around the organs and early bone-density loss long before either becomes a diagnosis.

VO₂ Max metabolic test

VO₂ max, the volume of oxygen your body can use at peak effort, is one of the strongest single predictors of lifespan. Breath-by-breath analysis maps how your heart, lungs, muscles and metabolism perform under load, and pinpoints exactly where your ceiling sits and how to raise it.

What it reports
  • Biological Age
  • VO₂ Peak
  • Ventilation Efficiency
  • Breathing Coordination
  • High Intensity Performance
  • Oxygen Circulation
  • Metabolic Rate
  • Fat-Burning Efficiency
  • Movement Economy
  • Recovery Capacity
