TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Session Timing:
All sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time and will conclude 10 minutes before the next hour. If a client arrives late, the service will be provided only for the remaining time available until the scheduled end of the session.
Rescheduling and Transferring Appointments:
Appointments can be rescheduled within a period of two weeks maximum.
Appointments can be transferred to clients, partners, friends, or family, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. You must provide the name, surname, phone number, and email address of the person who will attend in your place. The transfer is subject to the same terms and conditions, including the two-week maximum period for rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be forfeited. If notice is given 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be rescheduled based on availability and the Rescheduling and Transferring Appointments terms and conditions.
If there are more than two reschedules or cancellations within the same two-week period, RETO reserves the right to deny further changes or to cancel the client’s membership or sessions.
Payments:
Annual memberships, monthly packages, and individual sessions must be paid in advance.
• Individual Sessions:
If you cannot attend and provide notice at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be rescheduled within a period of two weeks, subject to availability. If no availability exists within this period, the session will be refunded.
• Sessions in Monthly or Annual Packages:
Any appointments that cannot be rescheduled or transferred within a period of two weeks will not be refundable.
If availability is limited during this period, RETO will make every effort to provide alternative options.
Note:
All sessions, whether rescheduled or transferred, are subject to the same terms and conditions.
